Blossoms

The perfume of the apple trees is intoxicating. Like the taste of honey at the bottom of my tea cup, it’s floral, soft, memorable and not overwhelming. Everywhere I look – the understory blushes pink, creamy white and green. With the ubiquity of summer, the unique colors of these trees become more uniform in their green – but for now they belt out their songs in color. So many blossoms – spontaneous blizzards flood the blue skies with each breeze.
